Andrew Muldermans

I hail from a small town in western NY where I grew up playing a variety of sports, however, my passions are baseball and alpine skiing. I luckily stumbled upon CrossFit in early 2010 and immediately fell in love.

Since 2011 I dedicated my life to the sport both competitively as well as professionally. I have been fortunate enough to have traveled both nationally as well as internationally learning from some of the best coaches within both CrossFit and Weightlifting. I have been coaching since 2011 and have been a Head Coach at 4 different CrossFit gyms across the country, including a stint in Costa Rica. I interned with the CrossFit HQ staff in 2014 on their L1 Seminar crew before deciding to go back to school in 2015 to continue my education. I was fortunate enough to compete at the regional level on a team in both 2012 and 2013, both great and humbling experiences.

Crossfit has done a lot for me in my life, and I’m passionate about sharing it with others and seeing what positives it can bring them. What drew me to Crossfit South Cobb was the community. Gym space, equipment are great amenities. However, in my humble opinion, what keeps bringing people back has been the strong communities. Crossfit South Cobb has a great community of people that makes me look forward to both training and coaching there. I am incredibly excited to join the coaching staff here and do what I can to help you all continue to get better and achieve your goals. Please feel free to pick my brain any time you see me around!
