South Cobb Barbell Club is a USAW recognized weightlifting organization whose goal is to increase strength and efficiency in the 3 Olympic lifting movements (Clean, Jerk, and Snatch). Whether you’re interested in competing in USAW sanctioned meets or you’re just trying to get better at these lifts, Barbell Club is the place for you! South Cobb Barbell features 2 on-site USAW certified coaches, 5 lifting platforms, competition bars, and multiple sets of kilogram bumper plates.
Weekly barbell class schedule:
Monday – 6:30pm
Thursday – 6:30pm
Saturday – 9:00am – 11:00am
