Step 1

Ready to check us out? Step 2

If you decide on continuing with us, those new to CrossFit must enroll in our Standard Elements Course or Gold Elements Course.  Both courses are designed to prepare you for our CrossFit program.  Contact us after completing Step 1 to enroll in either of these private sessions.

$210 per person for Standard Elements Course

  • (3) private 60 minute sessions with a coach to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit
  • Each private session ends in a workout to help acclimate you to our program
  • Introduction to Nutrition Handbook

$300 per person for Gold Elements Course

  • Standard Course + 60 minute private nutrition consultation,
  • Body composition analysis
  • Complete nutrition handbook
  • 4 weeks of customized meal plans
  • Nutrition goal collaboration and action plans

 

Step 3

If you’ve completed the Elements Course or you have previous CrossFit experience you can enter our group classes (pricing below) or enter our Personal Training Program.
