Step 1

Ready to check us out? Step 2

If you decide on continuing with us, new athletes must enroll in our CrossFit Elements Course.  The course includes (3) 60 minute private sessions with a coach and it allows new athletes to learn CrossFit fundamentals in a comfortable private environment. Each session will end in a workout that helps prepare you for our CrossFit program.  Contact us after completing Step 1 to enroll in this private group class. Cost is $210 per person.

Step 3

If you’ve completed the Elements Course or you have previous CrossFit experience you can enter our group classes (pricing below) or enter our Personal Training Program.
