If you decide on continuing with us, new athletes must enroll in our CrossFit Elements Course. We meet 3 times per week at 6:45pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. This private course allows new athletes to learn CrossFit fundamentals in a comfortable small class environment. Each session will end in a workout that helps prepare you for the group workouts that our experienced members perform. Click HERE to enroll in this private group class. Cost is $125 per person.
