Gym Rules

 

1. Check your ego at the door. The ones who thrive in CrossFit are those who stay humble and teachable. If you think you know it all, you know nothing!

 

2. All classes are to be started and run by CFSC coaches except during open gym hours

 

3. Be on time to class! A burpee penalty will be levied by your coach otherwise!

 

4. Clean up after yourself! That includes but is not limited to boxes, barbells, chalk, mats, flesh (haha, yes we said flesh), etc. Didn’t you hear that in kindergarten??

 

5. Support your peers and push them to be great…they’ll do the same for you.

 

6. Don’t forget to smile and have fun!
