I have been into working out since I was introduced to the weight room during high school athletics. Since then, I had stayed with the traditional gym style training with cardio and lifting separate from each other and got bored. I started indoor climbing for a different more interesting type of work out and got great results but was unable to continue spending multiple hours a day at the gym. From there I was introduced to CrossFit by a flyer I saw and became a closet crossfit.com junkie. I finally started training at a CrossFit affiliate in November 2009 and then interned as a trainer while completing my degree in exercise and health science. I have never been stronger and in better shape than I have using the CrossFit method!
