With the Holidays quickly approaching, now is the time to take charge of your health and fitness.  At CrossFit South Cobb, we have designed a special program to do just that.  Our 6-Week Holiday Survival Plan combines our 3 best programs (Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training and Group Classes) into 1 amazing offering!

 

Step 1:

Book a Free consultation with a coach.  It takes only 15-20 minutes, and you’ll get a chance to get all your questions answered about our gym and make an educated decision on how to reach your goals!

Click Schedule Appointment  to sign up for your No-Sweat Intro.  This is a 15 minute 1 on 1 meeting where we will work together to create your customized plan

 

Step 2:

Meet your Nutrition Coach

Our nutrition coaching is 1-on-1 and completely customized to you. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We’ll use biometric tracking to monitor your progress every step of the way.

 

Step 3:

Start With Personal Training

Joining a gym can be intimidating. That’s why you start your 6-week journey with 1-on-1 training. This is the best way to get your body ready for success and fat loss.

 

Step 4:

Join our fat burning professionally led classes

Our classes are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different so we’re sure to have something that’ll make coming to the gym fun.

 

Step 5:

Stay Accountable with Goal Setting Sessions

So you’re 3 weeks in and you’ve made some headway by losing inches – now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach.
