Kids Fitness Classes | CrossFit | Kids Gym

Help your child gain energy, boost confidence, and feel amazing with our Kids Classes!  Your kids will learn to love fitness, nutrition, and develop good motor patterns for functional movement that will benefit them for a lifetime and create the safest foundation for sports and training programs in their future. They will also benefit from coaches who have been trained/certified in how movement affects academics, healthy social interactions, problem-solving and a positive growth mindset.

Schedule:  Thursdays at 4:30pm and Saturdays at 10:00am beginning August 3rd 2019.  Classes are 60 minutes long

Format: Our coaches make fitness fun with various games, drills and workouts to keep your kids motivated and constantly growing, while exploring their own fitness journey.
