All other classes will run as scheduled
A) SKILL – GYMNASTICS
Pick 1 movement – Kipping, HSPU, Butterfly pull-ups, and spend 10:00 working on it. Keep sets between 5-7 reps.
B) SKILL – OLYMPIC LIFTING
Pick 1 Variation – snatch, clean, jerk, ect and spend 10:00 working on it. Keep sets between 2-3 reps.
C) SWOLE WORK
AMRAP 8 of (not for score)
10 DB Bench Press
10 Barbell Rows
10 banded pushdowns
10 DB Hammer Curls
*Goal – get a good pump – weights should be light enough to do ALL movements UB.
