Yesterday I completed the CrossFit Nutrition Certification and man, was it intense! There was a ton of useful information that I think all of us can benefit from and I’m looking forward to sharing some of those resources with you once we open.
Yesterday we got our newest toy…the pullup bars! They will be painted today but I couldn’t resist knocking out a few reps beforehand. The box is coming together very nicely so far. I’m so excited to see all your faces when you step foot inside on Saturday!
