3:00 max Sit-ups
2:00 max Push-ups
1:00 max Pull-ups
*Your score is your total reps combined for all 4 exercises

10 rounds of:
100 meter sprints
Rest 1 minute between sets
After-party: 25 Turkish Get-ups as quickly as possible with as much weight as possible.
How long have you been a Crossfitter? 6 months
Why do you Crossfit? To stay healthy, maintain weight, strenthen/improve back, hip, joint pains
What’s your favorite thing about Crossfit? It’s quick and motivating! The trainers are knowledgeable and scale workouts to your level, so no injuries.
How has Crossfit impacted your life? Feel generally better health-wise and improved self-image /confidence (noticed by friends and family!)
What’s your favorite lift/workout? Deadlifts
What’s your least favorite lift/workout? Burpees – ugh!
What advice would you give to the new Crossfitter? Don’t be intimidated initially by the workouts, give it a chance and you will love it
