Started about 2 months ago with the first 30 days consisting of 30 minute 1:1 with Miles. Then been going to full 60 min CrossFit classes 2x week. Though I've been out of shape for a `{`long`}` while, I'm committed, and every coach there has been equally amazing! They're focused on what you CAN do, without injury, and plenty of grace is extended as they will gladly present a modified version of a move as needed. I'd recommend CrossFit South Cobb to anyone looking for something different, wanting to change up what may not have worked for you in the past, and is tired of being sick & tired. Just do it! I dropped in and it was a great experience. The owner got me signed in and the coach of the class was great. The members were friendly and the facility was very clean and organized. They have a great Crossfit Kids program that looked like fun.- Sean D.
