1. Perform an L-Sit hold for as long as possible. 3 rounds total.

2. Five rounds for time of:
Sprint 200 meters
12 Push Presses (75/55)
8 Tire Flips [4 w/ jumbo tire]
20 meter Burpee Broad Jump
