A. Squat Clean 3-3-3. These are the working sets…take at least 3 more warmup sets before reaching your heavy 3 reps. Goal is 85% of your 1 rep clean max.

10 Double Unders
15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
20 Sit-ups
