Meet Luana Davis, who began CrossFit when we first opened in November. Here’s what she has to say about her experience with CrossFit:
“Here’s some things I’ve noticed since beginning CrossFit:
-I can get lower on my squats
-I am doing more squats, sit-ups, push-ups than ever before
-I’ve completed work outs I never thought I could!
-Recovery time between work outs is shorter
-I have guns. 🙂
-Have more energy
-Have a great sense of accomplishment. If I can do this I can do
anything!”

 
WOD:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Back extensions
15 Knees to elbows
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

*We will be scaling this WOD for the Pack and Pups
