A. Find your new 1 rep max for Front Squat. Take up to 20 minutes
 
B. Complete as many reps as possible in twelve minutes of:
 
1 Box Jump (24/20)
1 Front Squat (115/75)
1 V-up
 
* Increase the reps for each movement by 1 after each round. (1-1-1, 2-2-2, 3-3-3, etc)
 
C. Gymnastics WOD meets at 5:30pm with Rachel
