A. Work up to a tough set of 10 for Romanian Deadlifts. Then do 3 sets of 10 at that same weight.
B. Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:
6 Deadlifts (225/155)
12 Push-ups
24 Double Unders (3:1 singles)
* At minutes 4, 8, 12, and 16 run 400 meters
C. Gymnastics WOD meets at 5:30pm. We will be covering the muscle-up!
