B. “Death by Clean and Jerk”
1st minute: 1 Clean and Jerk
2nd minute: 2 Clean and Jerks
3rd minute: 3 Clean and Jerks
* Continue on each minute adding an additional Clean and Jerk until you’re no longer able. Men use 135lbs, ladies use 95lbs
