Today marks day 1 of the 4 week “I am CrossFit” challenge…the benchmark WOD is below. This will be the workout for the entire gym regardless of your participation in the challenge. Also make sure you’ve signed up for your body fat test!! Ashley MacLaurin will be at the gym performing sports massages from 4:30pm to 8pm. 40 Kettlebell Swings (35/26)
40 Box Jumps (20″)
40 Sit-ups
40 Push Presses (45/33)
40 Back Squats (45/33)
40 Burpees
