Congrats to all our lifters who competed in this Saturday’s Georgia Games.  We are so proud of you!!  Tons of personal records were set this weekend, too many to list…but we are so excited to see your hard work paying off!  Hope to see you lift again at the Cookies and Kilos Open in October!

 

A. Front Squat 3 rep max. Then 1 x 3 @ 90%

 
B. As many reps as possible in twelve minutes of:
 
1 Box Jump (24/20)
1 Front Squat (115/75)
1 V-up
 
* Add 1 rep to EACH movement after each round (e.g. 1-1-1, then 2-2-2, then 3-3-3 and so on…go up the ladder as far as you can in 12 mins)
