A. Work up to a heavy set of 3 for weighted pull-ups. Then do 4 sets of 3 at that same weight
B. Perform the following every minute on the minute for fifteen minutes of:
6 Pull-ups
4 Snatch-grip deadlifts
* There is no “Rx” weight for this. Use form as heavy as YOUR technique will allow
