Min 2: 100 meter team sprint
Min 3: Max DB or KB Thrusters (35/20)
Mins 1 and 3 are relay style with your partner and Min 2 (run) is done together
Barbell Club:
Pause power snatch(2 secs @ knee) – WORK UP TO HEAVY SINGLE
Pause Clean & Jerk ( 2 secs @ knee) – WORK UP TO HEAVY SINGLE
Sumo deadlift – 5×4
400 m double OH KB carry
Atomic sit ups – 25 reps
