Station 4: Rest Station
L2: (14/10) (Half Rope Climbs, ground to standing)
L1: (10/8) (Bike or Row for calories in place of Rope Climbs)

*Athlete 1 starts at station #1
Athlete 2 starts at station #2
Athlete 3 starts at station #3
All Athletes move through in order accumulating max reps at each station. There will always be at least
2 people working at once. Each athlete will go through each station a total of 5 times.
