Join us in the gym parking lot for a fun Fire Truck Pull Event courtesy of Smyrna Public Safety Foundation. Event begins at 9:00am outside. CFSC needs your help in forming a 10 person team. $12.50 per person is all that’s needed!

50 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
200 meter farmers carry
50 KB box step ups (kb in each hand)
200 meter farmers carry
