A. Turkish Get-up 2-2-2-2
B. Complete as many reps as possible in seventeen minutes of:
1 Goblet Squat with Kettlebell (70/53)
1 Kettlebell Swing (70/53)
1 Hand-release push-up
* After each round, increase rep count for each movement by 1. Your score is total reps completed.
