B1. Reverse Crunch 3 x 20, rest 60-90 seconds between sets
C. Complete as many rounds as possible in seven minutes of:
7 Sumo Deadlift High pulls (95/65)
7 Pull-ups
D. Barbell Club meets at 9am and 10:30am
