A. “Horrible Bosses”
Teams of 3 complete as many rounds as possible in sixteen minutes of:
10 Front Squats (185/135)
20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
30 Deadlifts (185/135)
* 2 partners work on movements whilst the 3rd partner rows 500 meters. Once rowing is done, another team member will row 500 meters and so on.
B. Barbell Club meets at 9am and 10:30am
