“Super Friends Team WOD”
As a team of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
400 meter run
25 Box Jumps (24/20)
25 Dumbbell Thrusters (35/25)
25 Burpees
25 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls w/ KB (53/35)
25 Sit-ups
1 partner works while the other rests. Divide reps b/t teammates however you see fit
