Buy-in: 4 x 400 meter sprint relay. * Each teammate runs 4 laps.
Then as a team complete:
50 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65)
50 Burpees over the bar
50 Sit-ups
50 Calories rowed
* Barbell club meets at 9am and 10:30am
