1. Work up to a 3 rep max for a Turkish Get-up for each arm. Use a dumbbell, kettlebell, or barbell (if you dare!)
2. “Cannon Ball”
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of unbroken Kettlebell Swings (70/44)
The goal is to get through each round unbroken. If you break a set, you must start that set again from the beginning. Do this for time.
Extra Credit: Work on your goats!! Goats are anything you’re not good at.
