A. Work up to a 5 rep max for Front Squat with a 3 second pause at the bottom for each rep. Have a partner count for you (“1 Mississippi style”)
B. As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
12 bar facing burpees
6 thrusters 115/75
1 rope climb
