1. Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

 

2. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

12 Box Step-ups with sandbag (50/25), 24″ box
8 Deadlifts (185/135)
4 Ring Dips
2 Rope Climbs
