Gymnastics Series 1

New 4 week Gymnastics CrossFit series coming in October!  Coach McKinley Vitale will be leading us in this challenging and engaging class which will meet Tuesdays in October at 6:30pm (10/2, 10/9, 10/16, and 10/23)

The course will focus on the following movements and positions:

Arch/Hollow Foundation

Basic Bar Work (TTB, PU, CTB)

Handstands – alignment, holds, and push-ups

Handstands – advanced movements (free-standing and walks)
