In college, I started to become interested in nutrition when I realized the benefits a good and healthy diet had on my running performance. I noticed that properly fueling my body gave me more energy to run faster and longer. After running my first half marathon, which I never thought was possible, I knew just how important my nutrition habits played in getting me across that finish line.
I went on to study nutrition in undergrad at The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and got my Master’s in Nutrition at Georgia State. I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2016. Nutrition can be very confusing and it is definitely not ‘one size fits all’. That why I love helping people meet their health wellness goals through nutrition coaching. I love motivating others to make healthy changes and I love being inspired by my clients’ successes!
