If you decide on continuing with us, those new to CrossFit class training must enroll in our Prep Course which is designed to prepare you for our CrossFit program. We offer 3 different Prep Course options and will help you choose the best one for you. Contact us after completing Step 1 to enroll in either of these private sessions.
$210 per person for Standard Prep Course
- (3) private 60 minute sessions with a coach to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit
- Each private session ends in a workout to help acclimate you to our program
- Introduction to Nutrition Handbook
$300 per person for Gold Prep Course
- Standard Course + 75 minute private nutrition consultation
- Body composition analysis
- Complete nutrition handbook
- 4 weeks of customized meal plans
- Nutrition goal collaboration and action plans
$510 per person for Platinum Prep Course
- Gold Prep Course plus an additional (3) Personal Training Sessions
- Great for those who have pre-existing injuries or those who have been inactive for a long time
