I have been interested in food and nutrition from a young age. I was also very active growing up, and tried a lot of different sports. As I got older, I realized the difference that good nutrition made in my athletic performance, as well as how I felt. When I had to make changes to my own nutrition, I was so lost! I understand how hard it is to change our diet. I struggled so much trying to figure out what to eat, and how to make the changes that I needed to make. This is why I love being a nutrition coach; I get to help make the process of changing nutrition habits a little bit easier for people, so they don’t have to struggle the way that I did. I have provided nutrition coaching for people with a variety of goals, including improving overall health, weight loss, and increasing muscle mass. I am a Registered Dietitian and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified.
