Fight Gone Bad

Our first client Jared (AKA box jump master) and my Fiance Deanna helped me break in the box with a good ole fashioned FGB workout. This was our first group WOD and it didn't disappoint! See everyone on Saturday!

“Okay, what should I eat?”

Yesterday I completed the CrossFit Nutrition Certification and man, was it intense! There was a ton of useful information that I think all of us can benefit from and I'm looking forward to sharing some of those resources with you once we open.

Ready for pullups??

Yesterday we got our newest toy...the pullup bars! They will be painted today but I couldn't resist knocking out a few reps beforehand. The box is coming together very nicely so far. I'm so excited to see all your faces when you step foot inside on Saturday!

Today’s progress

Today was unpacking day...I've never seen so much cardboard in my life! We had a good friend help us hang the rings and climbing rope today and I had to christen the rings with our box's first muscle-up of course!
