A. Back Squat 5-5-5 using chains. Work as high as possible each set.
B. 30-20-10 reps of:
Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Goblet Squats w/ kettlebell (53/35)
Sit-ups
* 40 meter standing broad jump at the end of each round.
