5 Overhead Squats
Add 10lbs
5 Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Jerks
10 Back Squats
10 Romanian Deadlifts
* This is NOT for time. Goal is to make it through the complex without letting go of the bar (except to add the extra 10 lbs). Also the aim is to increase the weight of the complex after each round.
