30 reps total of Thrusters (95/65) and Burpees.
You may use any combination of Thrusters and Burpees to get to 30 reps total each round. Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
B. 3 x 15 GHD Sit-ups
C. Barbell Club meets between 9am and 11am
