A. 3 rounds of Max Effort Pull-ups. STRICT as possible. Rest 2 minutes between sets. Scaled = do 3 x 12 modified strict pull-ups. Also rest between sets
B. Three rounds for time:
1 round of “DT” (12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Push Jerks)
3 rounds of “Cindy” (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats)
