(Teams of 2)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 200 meters
12 Burpees
12 Goblet Squats w/ Kettlebell (53/35)
12 Dips (Ring or Bar)
12 Overhead lunges with plate (45/25)
* This is a relay format. Each team member must BOTH complete each exercise each round. (e.g. Once Jill completes her 200 meter run, her teammate Jack must also complete a 200 meter run. Jill rests while Jack runs and she waits until Jack returns from his run before beginning her burpees. Jack waits until Jill finishes all 12 burpees before beginning his own 12 burpees. And so on…) One teammate works while the other rests.
