B. 12 minutes up the ladder of:
1 squat clean
1 jerk
2 squat cleans
2 jerks
3 squat cleans
3 jerks
Continue adding one more rep to each movement for 12 minutes. (135/95)
C. Barbell club meets at 4:30pm and 6:00pm. Each session lasts 90 minutes.
