B. 12:00 to go as far up the ladder as possible of:
100 meter row + 1 Bear Complex
200 meter row + 2 Bear Complexes
300 meter row + 3 Bear Complexes
And so on….
* Bear complex = 1 Power Clean + 1 Push Press + 1 Back Squat + 1 Behind the Neck Press all unbroken)
* Use 135/95lbs
